Hospitality Jobs UK is the specialist job board platform for the hospitality sector. We are recruiting an Account Director for an immediate start / 1 month. HJUK clients include Stonegate, Compass Group, Warner Hotels, Pret, Bupa, David Lloyd, The Ritz, Lane 7, Malmaison to name a few.
The Role: This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role with complete ownership of the sales cycle. You will:
- Own and deliver against a defined revenue target
- Prospect and build new logo pipeline
- Run structured and engaging discovery conversations
- Qualify opportunities using MEDPIC methodology
- Multi-thread across HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations and Finance
- Close decisively and forecast accurately
Commission is uncapped and paid on invoiced revenue, with attractive accelerators for overperformance.

Who You Are: You may come from SaaS, recruitment or job board background. You genuinely understand hospitality and the operational pressures that affect hiring. You are:
