The Role

As General Manager, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless and memorable guest experiences.

• Inspire and lead a passionate team across front-of-house, bar, and reservations.

• Manage budgets, staffing, training, and service standards with precision.

• Work closely with the Executive Chef and ownership to deliver consistent excellence.

• Maintain a deep knowledge of fine wines, seasonal menus, and current dining trends.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience as a GM or senior manager in a premium or fine-dining environment.

• Hands-on leadership style with a sharp eye for detail.

• A guest-first mindset, with natural confidence and charisma.

• Strong financial and administrative skills (P&L, rotas, stock control).

• A love of food, wine, and genuine hospitality.
