We are now looking for talented and passionate Pastry Chefs to join our kitchen team and bring a sweet touch of excellence to every event!

The Role: As our Pastry Chefs, you will be responsible for designing, preparing, and presenting a range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to the highest standards. You will work closely with our Executive Chef and Event Managers to create custom menus that wow our guests and complement the unique style of each event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and seasonal dessert menus for events of all sizes
  • Prepare and present desserts, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods
  • Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for pastry section
  • Work closely with the catering and event teams to ensure seamless service
  • Accommodate special dietary requirements (gluten-free, vegan, allergy-friendly options)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-volume environment
  • Formal culinary/patisserie training is preferred
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for baking
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight event deadlines
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
