That's why we're looking for a passionate and organized Kitchen Manager to run our staff kitchen and deliver exceptional daily food service for our growing workforce.

As Kitchen Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our onsite kitchen, ensuring that our employees enjoy nutritious, high-quality meals and refreshments. You'll lead a small team (or work solo depending on needs), oversee food preparation, maintain hygiene standards, manage stock and suppliers, and create a welcoming dining experience for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and snacks for staff
  • Manage kitchen budgets, stock ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships
  • Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness (in line with health and safety regulations)
  • Create menus that are balanced, varied, and cater to different dietary needs
  • Oversee food presentation, ensuring a fresh and appealing service
  • Manage kitchen staff if applicable (scheduling, training, supervising)
  • Organize occasional catering for meetings, events, or celebrations
  • Ensure compliance with all food hygiene and safety legislation
About You:
  • Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., Kitchen Manager, Chef Manager, Catering Supervisor)
  • Strong culinary skills and passion for good food
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations (Food Hygiene Certification required)
  • Ability to work independently, plan ahead, and adapt to changing needs
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to creating a great environment for staff
