A well-established and highly respected residential care provider in North London is looking for an organised, compassionate and digitally confident Clinical Administrator to join its senior support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in care home administration, clinical coordination or senior care support who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of resident care, communication and organisation.

You will play a key role supporting the Home Manager, Deputy Manager and wider care team helping to ensure residents receive outstanding care while maintaining smooth day-to-day clinical operations.

The Role

This is far more than a standard admin position. You will become a central point of coordination between residents, families, healthcare professionals and the care team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating visits from GPs, District Nurses and other healthcare professionals
  • Managing resident admissions and supporting care planning processes
  • Updating electronic care records and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Organising assessments, appointments and healthcare referrals
  • Supporting the management team with reports, administration and compliance
