We are actively seeking an experienced and confident Head Chef to lead the kitchen and elevate an already exceptional food offering. Head Chef requirements:
- A driven Head Chef with at least two years’ experience cooking at 3 AA Rosette level
- Hands‑on, collaborative and proud of delivering consistently high standards

- Strong track record managing kitchen operations, including GP control and 5* food hygiene
