Задачи
Support the development of creative assets across hotel brands, aligned with brand guidelines and visual identities Design digital and print materials, including brochures, menus, signage, and in-hotel collateral Adapt creative assets for different channels, formats, markets, and audiences Contribute ideas from creative briefs for campaigns, promotions, events, and brand initiatives Develop visual concepts, layouts, graphics, and creative treatments from initial idea through final artwork Assist with photography selection, image editing, retouching, and basic asset management Prepare production-ready artwork for digital and print applications Organise and maintain creative assets, templates, imagery, and brand materials Review and proof creative work for accuracy, consistency, and quality Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creative output Perform other duties as reasonably required

Strong eye for composition, typography, colour, and visual detail Creative, curious, and willing to experiment with ideas Strong attention to detail and pride in producing polished work Good understanding of design principles and visual communication Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple pieces of work Open to feedback and eager to learn and develop Strong communication skills and ability to understand and respond to a creative brief Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro A portfolio demonstrating creativity, design thinking, and range of work is essential Previous professional design experience is advantageous but not essential Будет плюсом: A degree, qualification, or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration, or a related creative discipline; interest in hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, interiors, culture, or other creative industries; experience in the hospitality industry
