Key Responsibilities- Lead and support installation teams in the delivery of integrated security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection.
- Ensure all works are completed to specification, compliance standards, and client expectations.
- Supervise site activities, acting as Senior Installation Engineer where required.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate project delivery with internal departments and client stakeholders.
- Occasionally project-manage smaller installations on site or within the service department.
- Travel regularly across Europe.
- Proven experience in security system installation, commissioning, or project engineering.
- Strong technical understanding of access control, CCTV, and integrated systems.
- Confident leading teams and managing subcontractors on-site.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism with a hands-on, customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility to travel extensively across Europe.
- Full UK driving licence.
