About the Role:

Join Coinbase’s International Team to help expand and localize Coinbase products across Europe and beyond. You’ll design product improvements focusing on onboarding, localization, payments, and marketing campaigns, ensuring a seamless and culturally relevant user experience for a growing crypto user base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Iteratively improve consumer-facing products for web and mobile with a small, cross-functional team.
  • Take new features from ideation through prototyping, user testing, and production.
  • Design intuitive and simple user experiences, factoring in local compliance and market nuances.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, User Research, Product, and Illustrators.
  • Support market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Help create compliant but delightful onboarding and payment experiences tailored to different EU markets.
  • Contribute to marketing and CRM campaigns to boost user engagement.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of professional product design experience (web & mobile).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Strong UX thinking, visual design skills, and excellent written communication.
  • Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and teamwork with engineers, product managers, and researchers.
  • Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
  • Passion for crypto or financial products is a plus.
  • Low ego and willingness to iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Proficiency in a widely spoken European language besides English.
  • Coinbase user or strong interest in the crypto ecosystem.

Compensation:

Salary Range: £100,620 GBP – £111,800 GBP (plus bonus, equity, benefits)
