This role focuses on driving retail customer growth in the UK, owning end-to-end marketing strategy and execution. It’s ideal for someone with a growth marketing background, brand awareness expertise, and deep UK market knowledge — especially in crypto, fintech, or consumer tech.
You’ll be working in a high-growth, data-driven, cross-functional environment to shape how Coinbase grows its user base, improves retention, and connects meaningfully with UK customers.
- Develop and optimize ROI-positive strategies to grow volume and high-LTV users.
- Use data insights to drive continuous performance improvement across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Brand & Partnerships
- Ensure UK brand efforts are locally relevant and tied to global campaigns.
- Collaborate on influencer, media, and brand partnerships.
- Own full-funnel marketing strategies using paid, organic, and product-driven channels.
- Align campaigns with product launches, feature updates, and market shifts.
- Create UK-specific content strategies and campaigns.
- Organize community events and activations (virtual or in-person) to boost engagement and trust.
- Partner with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Design to ensure consistent and compelling experiences across customer journeys.
- 6+ years in a marketing role (preferably in fintech, crypto, or consumer tech).
- Proven track record in campaign development, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
