Title: Billing Operations & Strategy Specialist
Location: United Kingdom (Remote-first with required in-person participation throughout the year)
Salary Range: £24.10 – £26.78 per hour (approx. £50,000 – £56,000 annually)

Billing & Daily Ops
- Monitor billing-related BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) performance
- Oversee invoice accuracy, collections, and payment discrepancy resolution
- Ensure timely updates to billing procedures as systems or product priorities evolve
- Identify inefficiencies and propose scalable improvements
- Use automation/data tools to streamline billing and collections operations
Data & Compliance
- Use SQL to query billing data and generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with engineers to improve reporting tools and systems
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Interface with Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams
- Act as an escalation point between internal teams and external BPO resources
- Help shape the overall billing operations strategy
