Here’s a fantastic opportunity to join Hospiscare as a Health Care Assistant in our Rapid Response Team at Searle House, Exeter EX2 5JJ.
Salary: Hospiscare Band 3 £24,071 – 25,674 per annum pro rata
Part-time: 22.5 hours/week, 3 days over 7 days
As a Health Care Assistant on our Rapid Response Team, you will work under the leadership of a Senior Registered Nurse and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, evidence-based specialist palliative care and clinical advice. In this role, you will also liaise with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and wider community teams to ensure patients are appropriately prioritised.
