Ecommerce Officer - Hospiscare Enterprise Centre, Marsh Barton, EX2 8RB

Part-Time – 20‑30 hours/week, working 3‑4 days Monday to Friday

£12.71 per hour

Provide exceptional customer experiences in a fast‑paced retail environment. We’re seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our small, dedicated, and knowledgeable Ecommerce team.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify donated items suitable for sale on our ecommerce platforms
  • Carry out research on items to ascertain realistic sales values
  • Create descriptions of sale items and upload with all relevant information to websites
  • Provide excellent service to ensure memorable customer experiences

You’ll have great communication and interpersonal skills, alongside experience of selling on eBay and other online marketplaces. Very much a team player, you’ll adopt a solution‑focused approach and be comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines. Photographic skills are not essential but would be a plus.
