We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented individual to join our Fundraising and Marketing Team. Our team is crucial to delivering high-quality end-of-life care for adults in their own homes, alongside providing vital support to their families and carers. As a valued team member, you will assist in marketing, fundraising, networking, and events, helping to grow the charity’s profile and resources. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience, develop skills, and make a real difference in the local community.

Role: Fundraising and Marketing Assistant

Location: Valley Court, Dalston – with some flexibility for hybrid work and flexible hours

  • At least one years’ experience within marketing or fundraising
  • Confident using Microsoft Office suite and producing documents in Word, Publisher, Canva and spreadsheet formats
  • Educated to GCSE level 4/C or above (or the equivalent) in Maths, English and IT
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate ideas
  • Organised, approachable and resourceful
  • Ability to be flexible to the needs of the service which will include some evening and weekend working from time to time to support events
  • Full clean UK driving licence and access to transport
  • Knowledge of the charity sector / healthcare and / or end of life care
  • Experience of working with volunteers
  • Knowledge of website system - WordPress
