St Clare Hospice in West Essex is seeking an experienced registered nurse with significant leadership experience to join us as Deputy Director of Nursing, shaping nursing practice and workforce capability across the organisation. You will drive clinical governance, ensure patient safety and high standards of care, lead service improvement, and work closely with the Director of Patient Care & Quality to embed excellence in palliative and end-of-life care.
