The Rosemary Foundation Hospice at Home, based in Petersfield, is recruiting a part-time Registered Manager (24 hours per week). We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and innovative individual who will be a strategic thinker and planner, shaping the future strategic direction of The Rosemary Foundation. You will demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage our Hospice at Home Palliative Care Service and be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, which consists of a Finance Manager, Operational and Fundraising Manager, and Clinical Lead.

The Clinical Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of our nurse-led 24-hour service. You will be responsible for the operational and strategic leadership of the Charity, ensuring full compliance with the Health & Social Act (2008) & Regulations (2014) and associated guidelines. You are responsible for ensuring robust Governance and Quality Assurance systems and processes are in place, which align with the Charity’s mission. This role provides the opportunity to make a significant difference to patients and their families at the end of their lives, working in partnership with other agencies, serving the needs of the local community through highly responsive and excellent nursing palliative care.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional Degree Qualification in a relevant subject
  • Experience in Management and Leadership
  • Experience working with CQC regulated services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
  • Ability to participate in out of hours on call – 1:6

This is a part-time position – 24 hours per week. Salary: £34,562.56 per annum (based on 24 hrs).

The postholder will be required to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as the Registered Manager.
