Join Hospice in the Weald as our Clinical Director and play a central role in shaping the future of palliative and end-of-life care across West Kent and East Sussex. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced senior clinical leader to join our Executive Leadership Team and provide strategic leadership across our patient‑facing services.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead clinical excellence, quality assurance, innovation and service development, ensuring our services remain safe, responsive and person‑centred. You will work closely with multidisciplinary leaders and act as a key ambassador for the Hospice, building strong relationships with NHS partners, Integrated Care Boards, regulators and other stakeholders to improve access, integration and outcomes for patients and families.

Based across our hospice sites in Pembury and Five Ashes, this role combines compassionate leadership with significant organisational and regulatory responsibility, including acting as CQC Registered Manager. We are looking for a credible, values‑led registered nurse or medical practitioner with current NMC or GMC registration, substantial senior experience in hospice, palliative or end‑of‑life care, and the ability to inspire teams, lead change and champion high‑quality care.
