The predicted salary is between 10365 - 10365 £ per year.

Salary £10,365 (FTE £25,913). 15 hours per week, permanent, part‑time. Location: Backford (Chester).

Responsibilities

  • Record donations accurately and in a timely way on the fundraising database (Donorflex).
  • Produce and send letters, fundraising packs and other donor information accurately and on schedule.
  • Download payments from various web portals into our database and ensure all information is correct.
  • Use Combase, our Lottery System, to update players’ records, allocate direct debits correctly, and process new members swiftly.
  • Assist with stock management and fulfilment of the Christmas card mail‑order operation via our Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) system.
  • Serve as the first point of contact with donors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Attend fundraising events outside normal working hours as required.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with staff, volunteers and donors.
  • Demonstrated all‑round administration skills; experience working for a charity is an advantage.
  • Flexible approach to working, including willingness to attend events outside normal hours.
