To provide administration support and act as a Trust and Foundation fact finding superstar to support the Philanthropy team. Key activities will include reviewing Trust and Foundation data from past Hospice computer folders, online websites or in Donorfy, as well as updating Donorfy records with important information and details on how to apply, what projects they may support and any deadlines.

The role will be a fact-finding mission to find Trusts that align with our mission and values and record accordingly. This role will be detail orientated, and may suit someone with a Law background, an accountant or someone who has an inquisitive personality!

Other admin support for the Philanthropy team, including reading through Trust proposals and thanking Trusts for their support via email and letters.
