Deputy Shop Manager – Bovingdon Owned (3 Days per Week)

Hours: Part Time 3 days across 6 days trading (Monday to Saturday) rota

Contract: Part-time

Salary: 3 days £13,422 p.a.(based on FTE £22,370 p.a.)

Reports to: Shop Manager

Location: Bovingdon

This role supports The Hospice of St Francis in providing free care in your community.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Shop Manager in daily operations.
2. Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
3. Support the team in achieving sales targets.
4. Ensure the shop is well-stocked and organized.
5. Participate in training and development opportunities.
