The Hospice of St Francis is hiring two Community Carers (HCA) to join Care for Good, supporting end‑of‑life care in private homes. You will work within a rolling rota across a 7‑day service, with 30 hours per week and core hours 08.00–20.00, providing compassionate, person‑centred care.
