Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to join our Retail Department, providing administrative support to our 30 charity shops and shop volunteers. This is a great opportunity to become a valued member of this busy team, providing vital assistance in the day-to-day operations of these shops. Our shops contribute significantly to raising the Β£8 million needed annually to support the vital work of the Hospice.

This role is suitable for someone with good IT skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

What will I be doing?

  • Creating our monthly newsletter and distributing it to our shops.
  • Designing and laminating posters requested by shops.
  • Processing weekly shop packs and their contents.
  • Submitting volunteer expense and petty cash requests.

When? / Where?

We are currently seeking volunteers for Mondays and/or Fridays.

Ideally, you can volunteer for half or full days each week.

You will be based at the Hospice in Pembury.
