We're really excited to be promoting a recruitment opportunity for the role of Relationship Fundraising Executive within the Fundraising team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and develop Hospice in the Weald's Individual Giving, In Memory and Lottery fundraising activity.
- Work closely with the Individual Giving & Lottery Manager to plan and deliver engaging multi‑channel fundraising activity that inspires people to give and stay connected to the Hospice.
- Manage projects from idea through to delivery and evaluation, using data and insight to shape future activity.
- Coordinate supporter‑facing campaigns such as the Summer Raffle, Christmas Appeal and Memory Orchard, including coordinating appeals, supporting donor care, analysing results and improving supporter journeys.

- Organised and motivated individual with a genuine interest in individual giving, who enjoys working at pace, managing multiple priorities and collaborating with colleagues across fundraising and marketing.

Employment Details
- The role is advertised as full‑time working 5 days a week; however, part‑time working 4 days a week would be considered for the right candidate.
