LPN (Phlebotomy, Patient Care and Customer Service )

2 Schedule Options to pick from:

Full Time, 40 hrs./week, 8am – 5pm

OR

Part Time, 20 hrs./week, 4 or 8 hr. day shifts.

* Must be a LPN and be proficient in Phlebotomy

This roles offers a variety of tasks that include:

Obtaining blood specimens for lab testing, documenting and communicating the lab results.

Home Hospice

Provide personal care services and skilled nursing services to address urgent and ongoing needs for patients and families

Clerical/Customer Service

Triage calls and answers questions from clinical staff in the field.

This position covers Lancaster, York and surrounding counties.

Must be able to complete 5- 6 weeks of a FT (40 hr./wk.) orientation.
