Responsibilities
- Implement all policies, standards and procedures for Water Hygiene, Energy Conservation & Control, Fire Prevention and other Safety Programmes, and Effective Preventative and Routine Maintenance Inspections.
- Respond to job log system registered works and complete all jobs assigned within targeted timescales.
- Monitor engineering stock levels and log shift activities regularly, communicating appropriately when needed.
- Report any hazards or defects to senior management.
- Process handover in line with company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills and willingness to learn.
- Excellent guest engagement skills.
- Ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
- Ability to communicate and organise yourself in line with different guest expectations.
- A good command of English is essential; a second language is advantageous.
