Support ice cream and bulk shoulder season production for seasonal business levels. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of pastry kitchen experience in a comparable operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Broad range of pastry production experience and strong kitchen organization, productivity, and versatility.
- Experience supervising employees.
- Able to stand for long periods; able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
- Flexible to work various hours, holidays, and weekends.
- Manager ServSafe or similar certification (expected by the Health Department).

Purpose of Position: Assist in presenting, displaying, and producing baked goods and pastries with emphasis on quality, appearance, and service.
Prepare baked goods following prep lists and designated recipes and procedures. Display baked goods creatively and keep displays well-stocked, clean, and organized. Offer courteous assistance to guests, both on the phone and in person. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 months of baking experience or culinary school.
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including early morning and evening across all four lodges.
