Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of bar operations, delivering exceptional service that meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of bartenders and bar staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage stock control, monitor inventory levels, and place supplier orders while negotiating favorable terms.
- Develop and implement innovative beverage menus and seasonal promotions that engage and excite our guests.
- Maintain accurate financial records, manage budgets, and optimize profitability while preserving quality standards.
- Ensure full compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
