Our L&D Manager will act as a champion for first-class product knowledge and service standards, whilst delivering effective & memorable training sessions and providing practical support. To contribute to a progressive L&D function through high employee engagement and living the Company’s values. Act as an ambassador & key spokesperson for the hotel with internal & external stakeholders showing a presence on the floor and building strong relationships. To manage the L&D function from start to finish, build strong relationships with the UK L&D team and champion the student programmes within the hotel.
