SíSí Glasgow is seeking an ambitious Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the rooftop bar, develop a high-energy team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll drive standards, profitability and a standout cocktail programme while living our hospitality ethos.

Responsibilities include leading the bar team, managing stock and GP, building strong supplier relationships and shaping the guest journey from daytime drinks to late-night rooftop events.
