The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Placing orders for agreed materials and managing stock levels. Reducing wastage and minimizing over/under stocks in accordance with company policies. Managing and stabilizing prices. Working with the MRP system to create orders for production materials and plan deliveries. Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and internal teams. Keeping MRP system data accurate and up to date. Updating relevant trackers and systems. Communicating effectively with internal teams. Gaining in-depth knowledge of the material category.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in all office packages, especially Excel.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Food Buyer.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in hospitality or food manufacturing.
