What do I need?
The ideal candidate will come from a Motor Claims background with hands-on exposure to dealing with pre-litigated, complex Motor Fraud issues. Experience of supervising a team would be beneficial, yet not essential. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are key for success as you will be the first point of referral. A keen eye for detail and solid problem-solving abilities will also be essential to assist you in identifying red flags that may indicate fraudulent behaviour.

Taking charge of general supervisory duties, you’ll lead with purpose by monitoring timekeeping, managing correspondence, and providing cover for team members during holidays and absences. Playing a vital role in nurturing our talent, you’ll conduct employee probationary reviews and appraisals to support team growth, engaging and inspiring to boost motivation and productivity across the department. You will need to bring an enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude with a desire to achieve and exceed targets combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We would like to see a strong work ethic and a committed team player. We are a close-knit and stable team that likes to share ideas and experience with a view to achieving the best results that we can for our clients.
