We are looking for a commercially focused and driven People Development Business Partner to join our successful People team. You’ll have responsibility for developing others and creating tailored solutions that enhance their learning journey. With a strategic mindset and a keen insight into the value of learning, you'll be the driving force behind shaping our L&D strategy in line with business objectives.
Skilled at swiftly building personal credibility and fostering strong, effective relationships with individuals and teams at all levels of seniority, you will excel in influencing others to create positive connections and drive collaboration. Previous experience of integrating and maintaining an LMS is essential coupled with hands-on involvement in delivering engaging induction and training sessions. Whilst experience is crucial, personality is key! Confidence, charisma, creativity, and flexibility will unlock the door to success!
As a People Development Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and driving development initiatives that will support us to continue delivering excellent customer service to our customers. By working closely with leadership and employees across various departments, you will bring your expertise in HR/learning practices and your ability to build strong relationships to enhance our thriving workplace, boosting culture, engagement, performance, and development.
Teaming up with the broader People team, you will uncover and grasp the learning needs throughout the organisation, making sure that our people development initiatives align seamlessly with our key people priorities and wider business objectives. You'll work on developing and delivering the HF induction program (NEX) in collaboration with other stakeholders. Our induction focuses on instilling commercial awareness and showcasing the firm’s culture and values among new starters.
A crucial part of your role will be to partner with Line Managers. You’ll help them understand their responsibilities in the onboarding process, ensuring that new employees have a smooth, professional, and engaging induction experience. You will also play a key role in leading our Emerging Talent population through collaboration with the Recruitment and People Operations Teams to ensure the right support is in place to enable them to thrive! You’ll create and deliver support sessions and build relationships with our training providers.
