Hortons Estate is seeking a Building Surveyor for a broad and commercially focused role within a growing and entrepreneurial property investment business. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in a wide-ranging building surveying role, working client-side within a business that owns and actively manages a diverse UK commercial portfolio currently valued at £350m, with ambitions to grow to £500m.

The successful candidate will manage and, depending on their level of experience, take ownership of live projects across refurbishment, dilapidations, acquisitions, and asset management. Reporting to the Head of Building Surveying.
