Horton Housing in Selby is seeking two Support Coaches to join our LIFE team to help people we support become tenancy ready and achieve personal goals.
You will work in partnership with individuals to create tailored support plans, assist with welfare access, life skills coaching, appointments, and safeguarding, in both our supported accommodation and in the community.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required; interviews are planned for early September.
