Horton Housing are currently recruiting for an experienced Insights Manager. The role requires the ability to work under initiative and excellent written communication skills, including the ability to draft policies, frameworks, reports and guidance.
Key requirements include:
- Evidence of influencing and building effective relationships across teams/departments.
- Competence in using digital tools to manage data and produce insight (e.g., Excel, survey tools, presentation/organisational software).
- Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, with an understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred practice.
In addition to the above, it is expected that you will:
- Be willing to undertake any further training required.
- Be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service/department.
