Horton Housing in Harrogate is seeking a part-time Support Coach to join the LIFE team.
This role supports people to achieve tenancy readiness, access welfare and develop life skills across three days per week.
You will implement tailored support plans, conduct welfare checks and uphold safeguarding policies while assisting people in our supported accommodation and community.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
