Horton Housing is recruiting a full-time, permanent Caretaker for Bradford sites. Working 35 hours weekly, Mon-Fri, 8.30am–4.30pm, you will travel between two Bradford sites and need your own transport.
Salary is £25,875 per year with 6 weeks’ holiday plus bank holidays. You’ll report to the Service Manager and maintain the Bradford Temporary Accommodation Services and dispersed properties, ensuring ready-to-let vacancies and high hygiene standards.
