Horton Housing are recruiting a Caretaker for our Bradford scheme.

The role is permanent, full time (35 hours per week) with flexible hours Monday to Friday.

The annual salary is £25,875.00 and you are entitled to 6 weeks paid annual leave plus bank holidays.

Reporting to the Scheme Manager, you will perform maintenance and minor repairs, maintain the building and dispersed properties, ensure void properties are re-let ready, report repairs and keep stock and hygiene to high standards.
