Location: Fieldhead Business Centre, Fieldhead Street, Bradford, BD7 1LG

Salary: £35,190.00 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Benefits: 6 weeks paid annual leave (plus bank holidays) and full access to the Employee Assistance Programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an induction on Horton IT and mobile phone equipment to new colleagues.
  • Conduct IT skill assessments with new starters, identify strengths and weaknesses, and arrange or provide appropriate training.
  • Provide one-to-one and group training on various IT software packages used by the organisation, including:
    • Outlook
    • Word
    • Teams
    • SharePoint
    • OneDrive
    • Excel
    • Cascade
    • CoreStream
  • Travel to different schemes across Bradford, Kirklees, Calderdale and North Yorkshire to deliver training and support.
  • Collaborate with the ICT Team on the rollout of new systems.
  • Work with the Learning & Development Manager to assess IT competencies across the organisation and use data to identify training needs and appropriate packages.
  • Support service development for consistent data management processes, including data lifecycle management and migration to business systems or SharePoint.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an ICT or technology trainer.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle that can be insured for business use.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Strong computer and software skills, with proven ability to train others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
