Horton Housing are currently recruiting for experienced Floating Support Workers to join our established scheme based in Bradford. The annual salary for this role is £26,406 per annum. You will be entitled to 6 weeks holiday (plus bank holidays) and full access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidates will work in consultation with the people we support to create tailored support plans that work towards their individual goals as well as work in conjunction with third-party agencies where appropriate.

Horton Housing is committed to safe and fair recruitment, safeguarding and protecting the people that we support. This role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle that can be insured for business use. Please be aware that Horton Housing Association is not a sponsoring organisation.
