Horton Housing Association is recruiting a Move On Coordinator to join the LIFE team in North Yorkshire, covering Craven, Selby and Harrogate.
The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working across our new LIFE scheme to help people move on to independent accommodation and establish tenancy.
You will build relationships with social housing providers, letting agencies and landlords to identify suitable move-on housing and support tenants throughout the transition.
