Horton Housing is currently recruiting for an experienced Insights & Engagement Manager. The role requires the ability to work under initiative and excellent written communication skills, including the ability to draft policies, frameworks, reports and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evidence of influencing and building effective relationships across teams/departments.
  • Competence in using digital tools to manage data and produce insight (e.g., Excel, survey tools, presentation/organisational software).
  • Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, with an understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred practice.

Additional Expectations:

  • Maintain professional boundaries.
  • Be willing to undertake any further training required.
  • Be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service/department.
