Horton Housing Association is hiring three full-time Support Coaches for our LIFE Harrogate team. The roles are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based in Harrogate.
You will work with people to create tailored support plans to help them become tenancy ready and access welfare and life-skills coaching.
You’ll undertake welfare checks, follow safeguarding policies, and support individuals in our supported accommodation and the surrounding community.
