Horton Housing is currently recruiting for an experienced Insights & Engagement Manager who will provide strategic leadership for involvement and engagement and insight functions, turning lived experience and data into clear recommendations that drive service delivery improvement, learning, and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering Horton Housing's involvement and engagement strategy, providing analysis of complaints and TSM themes to support organisational learning and improvement and producing insight that informs service development. This is a permanent position with an annual salary of £33,218.00. You will also be entitled to 6 weeks paid annual leave (plus bank holidays) and full access to our Employee Assistance Programme. This role also offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Assurance through high level analysis and reporting for senior leadership and governance, balancing competing priorities, and driving measurable improvements.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience of gathering, interpreting, and triangulating qualitative and quantitative data to identify themes, trends, and causation.
- Experience of producing clear insight reports and recommendations for senior leaders and/or boards, presenting complex information in an accessible way.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver work to deadlines, managing multiple pieces of work under your own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to draft policies, frameworks, reports and guidance.
- Evidence of influencing and building effective relationships across teams/departments.
- Competence in using digital tools to manage data and produce insight (e.g., Excel, survey tools, presentation/organisational software).
- Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, with an understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred practice.
