Sopwell House, a luxury Georgian country house hotel, seeks a dedicated Head Gardener to take stewardship of our outdoor spaces and grounds. You will work closely with the owners to maintain and develop the 12 acres, ensuring beauty and exceptional guest experiences.
The role requires hands-on plant knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to plan planting schemes, irrigation, and seasonal maintenance across gardens, borders, and pathways.
