The Allards in Knaresborough is seeking a hands-on Head Gardener to lead the care, development and presentation of our historic 8.4-acre grounds designed by Tom Stuart-Smith.
This senior, on-site role combines leadership with practical gardening expertise.
You will oversee all gardens, plan seasonal planting, manage the landscape team and contractors, and maintain high standards of presentation throughout the year.
A horticultural qualification is desirable; a driving licence is preferred.
