Brocklesby Estate seeks a full‑time Kitchen Gardener/Head Grower to manage vegetable production in the six acre walled garden, operating within Soil Association Organic status and modern glasshouses. You will handle seed sowing, propagation, harvesting, and presentation of vegetables to a high standard, with a focus on no‑dig growing, permaculture, and biodynamic methods.
