The Opportunity Head Gardener Oversee the long-term seasonal planning, presentation, and maintenance of all gardens, woodlands, and the wider heritage landscape to impeccable standards.
Team Management; Direct, mentor, and develop the estate gardening and maintenance team, fostering a culture of pride, discretion, and excellence.
The Visitor Experience; Maintain an elite, RHS-quality aesthetic while balancing the high-footfall realities of a major public visitor attraction.
Operational Manage infrastructure, machinery investments, health Exceptional plant knowledge matched with an understanding of RHS-quality presentation and heritage landscapes.
