DRIVE – Our International Trainee Program

You can expect exciting topics, intensive networking and mentoring by RENK executives, and a steep learning curve.
RENK Group AG, headquartered in Augsburg, Germany, is a leading global manufacturer of mission‑critical propulsion solutions in various military and civilian end markets. We are looking for a UK based trainee to be based at the Horstman UK site in Bath, with regular travel to Germany and other RENK sites within Europe and beyond. On September 1, 2026, DRIVE will start. This is our 18‑month program that will take you through various departments and locations and prepare you for your target position. Within the program, we are filling positions in our segments Vehicle Mobility Solutions, Marine & Industry, Slide Bearings and in operations, supply chain management, project management, and IT.

Ideally, you should have:

We are looking for talented people with DRIVE! Initial interviews will be in the UK but if shortlisted to the final stage you will be required to travel to Augsburg, Germany for an assessment centre in late April (Travel arranged by Horstman).
