About the role: Horsham District Council is looking for a HR Administrator to provide administrative support and assistance to the HR & OD Department with a range of HR processes across recruitment, learning and development, equalities, health, safety and wellbeing.
About you: To succeed as a HR Administrator, you will be a competent user of Microsoft Office applications and have an ability to learn departmental IT systems. You will be a team player and have excellent customer service and communication skills whilst also having the ability to work on your own initiative. This involves being able to prioritise, organise and effectively time manage your workload. Administration skills and a high level of attention to detail is essential. It is also important that you have an understanding of data protection and confidentiality. GCSE level grades 4 or C (or equivalent) in English and Maths are required. L3 CIPD qualification is desirable.
